I hereby grant and authorize Shake The Room™, its owners, representatives, partners, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to photograph, video record, audio record, interview, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and performance in connection with podcast recordings, live interviews, photographs, video footage, and related media content. I understand and agree that these materials may be edited, altered, copied, exhibited, published, distributed, and used in whole or in part for lawful purposes including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, education, entertainment, social media, websites, streaming platforms, broadcast media, and any other medium now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any accompanying written, spoken, or visual material, and I further waive any right to royalties, proceeds, or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my likeness or recorded materials. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Shake The Room™ from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity. I certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to execute this agreement; if signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and authorized to grant this consent.
